Rain, Rain

Wouldn't you know it? It's the first day of Spring Break, and it's pouring out there. *sigh*

Sometime this week, I have to catch myself up on everything. I've let the blog slip, the laundry slip, the writing slip...I know it's because I am SLAMMED at work, but still. So, this week, playing catchup. And doing the taxes. And the laundry. And maybe doing something Spring Break-y.

And we're enjoying a place where there are more than 2 weather options (hot or hot&rainy). So far, the move to Colorado is looking good, snow on the first day of spring and all.

Believe it or not, this past winter has been the coldest on record in Central Florida--average temps were around 55! The last couple of days have been cool and breezy, but they won't last. The oven will crank up soon and it'll be bye-bye open windows, hello A/C!

Yes, we were there for most of that record-breaking winter. Which we enjoyed thoroughly. Any break from the constant 90's was welcome.

We're now experiencing a Rocky Mountain Spring, which covers all 4 seasons of weather within days. Snow one day, sunshine the next.
